Launch Custom Homes is hiring a reliable and experienced Carpenter to join our team building high-quality custom homes in the Southampton area.

We are looking for a skilled carpenter with 5+ years of experience who can work independently, solve problems on site, and produce high-quality workmanship. If you take pride in your work and want steady, year-round employment building custom homes, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent hours and a positive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Residential framing and structural carpentry
• Exterior siding installation
• Interior finish carpentry and trim work
• Install doors, windows, and interior finishes
• Work from drawings and site instructions
• Maintain safe and organized job sites
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
• Experience in residential construction
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid drivers liscence

Assets

• Working at Heights certification
• First Aid / CPR certification

Training for Working at Heights and First Aid is available and paid for by the company.
